Refund Policy

Every DecorDreamr digital guide comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the guide isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms. No interrogation. No hard feelings.

Eligibility

The 7-day window starts on the date of your purchase. Refund requests received after day 7 cannot be honored.

This guarantee applies to every digital product in our store, including:

• The 50 Decor Rules
• The Budget Decor Blueprint
• AETHER
• The Small Space Codex
• The Rental Reset
• The Full Rental Stack (and any future bundles)

Not eligible for refund

• Gift cards
• Items received as a gift (refunds go to the original purchaser)
• Sale or discounted items
• Any request made more than 7 days after the date of purchase

How to request a refund

Email hello@decordreamr.com with:

• The email address you used at checkout
• The name of the guide(s) you'd like refunded

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has been approved but hasn't landed after 10 business days:

1. Check the original payment method again — refunds sometimes appear as a reversal rather than a new credit.
2. Contact your bank or card issuer — most processing delays are on their end.
3. If it's still missing, email hello@decordreamr.com and we'll look into it.

A note on digital downloads

Because every DecorDreamr product is delivered instantly as a download, there is nothing to ship back. We do not require you to delete files or prove non-use to receive a refund — we trust you. We just ask that you not redistribute the file, which is covered by your purchase license.
