Refund Policy

Every DecorDreamr product is a digital guide, delivered as an instant download the
moment your order goes through. That changes how refunds work compared to a store that
ships a physical box, so here is exactly where we stand.

Digital downloads are instant and yours to keep

Because the file reaches you straight away and cannot be returned the way a physical
product can, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once a guide has been
downloaded. The work is yours from that point on.

We still stand behind the work

If a file will not download, arrives corrupted, or is clearly not what the product
page described, we will make it right. Email hello@decordreamr.com
within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short note about the
problem, and we will resend the file or issue a refund.

Duplicate or accidental orders

If you were charged twice or bought the same guide by mistake, contact us within 14
days and we will refund the extra charge.
